Creator Charter

Seven promises we keep.

This is not a terms of service. It is a plain-language commitment to every writer and creator who uses GreenLightOS. No legal jargon. Just what we will and won't do with your work and your data.

01

Your work belongs to you.

Your original writing belongs to you. Using GreenLightOS does not give us ownership of your creative IP or permission to publish it. We need limited permission to process your work for the service you use, as explained in the Terms.

02

We do not train AI on your writing without consent.

GreenLightOS.ai does not itself train or fine-tune models on your writing without explicit, specific consent. Selected content is processed to answer your requests; calibration and memory provide context rather than training model weights. The Privacy Policy explains provider handling, retention and authorised access.

03

We never sell your data.

Your personal information, your project data, and your creative materials are not for sale. Not to studios. Not to agencies. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. We generate revenue by running a platform — not by trading information about you.

04

You can request your data.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or a portable copy of personal data where applicable law provides that right. We will verify requests, protect other people's rights, and provide the data and formats the law requires. We do not use your own work as leverage to keep you on the platform.

05

We'll be transparent about incidents.

If a security incident affects your data, we will investigate and notify you without undue delay where applicable law requires it. We will explain what happened, what data was affected, what we have done, and practical steps you can take. We will not make a fixed promise broader than the law or the facts support.

06

Audience results protect respondent identity.

When your project is tested by an audience, creators receive aggregated or de-identified signals and feedback rather than respondent contact details. We limit disclosure of individual identity and explain any exceptions required for safety, support, or law. Honest feedback depends on that protection.

07

Eligible reports can carry verifiable integrity proof.

Where blockchain proof is available, GreenLightOS hashes the report and records the hash—not the report contents or source material—on Base. This creates tamper-evident evidence that a presented report matches the recorded version. It does not prove authorship, ownership, quality, or commercial value.

These are not aspirations. They are in effect today.

If you believe we have broken any of these commitments, we want to know. Reach us directly at hello@greenlightos.ai. We will respond, and we will act.
