Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules for GreenLightOS accounts, paid reports, membership, promotions, creative uploads, AI processing, and platform access.

1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to GreenLightOS, including GreenLight, WritersRoom, VitaeMe, Development Intelligence Reports, Professional Script Coverage, membership features, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, submitting material, buying a report, or starting a membership, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
1a. Service agreement and document order
GreenLightOS.ai operates in the United Kingdom. These Terms are the standard service agreement. The offer and order summary accepted at checkout govern that purchase's product, price, billing interval and included allowances. These Terms govern general service use. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; the provider register, AI limitations and Creator Charter explain relevant practices. FAQs and the Playbook explain operation and do not silently alter an agreed purchase. No document removes mandatory rights. Only a separately agreed business contract can establish a negotiated service-level agreement or business data-processing arrangement. An individual describing their work as professional does not by itself remove consumer protections. Provider policies describe their own practices; linking to them does not automatically make you a direct party to every provider contract.
2. What GreenLightOS provides
GreenLightOS provides creative-development tools, audience and industry signals, AI-assisted analysis, report generation, professional coverage workflows, portfolio tools, and integrity records. Reports, scores, recommendations, AI outputs, forecasts, and industry information are decision-support materials, not guarantees of quality, financing, representation, production, distribution, employment, audience response, or commercial success. You remain responsible for creative, legal, financial, and production decisions and should obtain specialist advice where appropriate.
2a. AI limitations and responsible reliance
AI can produce incorrect, fabricated, incomplete, biased or outdated information, including convincing but false citations, facts, calculations or statements about people and rights. Responses can differ between requests. Context selection, extraction quality and model limits mean an answer may not consider every uploaded page, previous message or relevant fact. Independently review and verify outputs before relying on, publishing, submitting or acting on them. Scores and forecasts are estimates, not promises. Do not use outputs as a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, or as the sole basis for consequential decisions about people. AI-generated coverage is not a human professional review unless that review is expressly included and actually provided. AI outputs may resemble material generated for others and are not guaranteed to be unique, non-infringing, copyrightable or eligible for registration. You remain responsible for checking intended uses and necessary permissions. These limitations do not excuse our failure to exercise legally required reasonable care and skill or remove rights you cannot waive.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep authentication methods secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Accounts and paid access are personal unless an organisation plan expressly permits team use. You may not sell, transfer, share, or disguise access to avoid limits or charges.
4. Paid reports and payment
Development Intelligence Reports are standalone assessments based on the source material you submit. Professional Script Coverage is linked to an eligible WritersRoom project and uses the authorised project materials shown during purchase. The checkout page shows the report, source context, price, currency, discount, and amount due before you commit. Paid orders are charged immediately through Stripe. GreenLightOS does not authorise delivery until payment is confirmed. Prices and availability may change for future orders, but a completed order keeps the price recorded for that order. Taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price as shown at checkout and as required by law. Stripe processes card and billing information under its own terms and privacy practices; GreenLightOS receives transaction references and payment status rather than full card details.
5. Membership and renewal
When membership is offered, it is an immediately paid, automatically renewing subscription—there is no free trial. The checkout page will show the billing interval, amount due now, renewal price, included benefits, and renewal date before purchase. Membership starts after payment is confirmed and renews until cancelled. A promotion may reduce one or more billing cycles to $0 or another discounted amount in the checkout currency. That is a real subscription with a promotional billing period, not a trial. You must provide a valid payment method, and checkout must show when the first future charge is expected and the normal renewal price. A separately issued complimentary invitation is not itself a recurring subscription.
6. Promotions, complimentary access, and VIP grants
Promotion and invitation codes may have eligibility rules, dates, product or plan limits, and redemption limits. Unless we expressly say otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retrospectively. GreenLightOS may grant complimentary report uses, membership access, or time-limited VIP access. These grants are scoped, may expire, and are not purchases, subscriptions, payments, or evidence of revenue. They do not change a user’s platform role or create a right to continued access. Abuse, fraud, or use outside the stated scope may result in withdrawal.
7. Cancellation, failed delivery, and refunds
You may cancel membership through the cancellation method made available in your account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid or promotional period unless law or the purchase terms require otherwise. Digital reports may begin processing soon after payment or entitlement confirmation. Refund and cancellation rights depend on applicable law, the stage of delivery, and the purchase information shown at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If a duplicate charge occurs or GreenLightOS cannot deliver a purchased report because of a platform failure, contact hello@greenlightos.ai so the order can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.
7a. Membership benefits and report access
The current monthly offer is $149 USD for 500 AI actions plus one Coverage Analysis Report and one Development Intelligence Report per active billing period. The live checkout offer controls the applicable price, discount, taxes and renewal dates. One successful request and its AI answer are one action, not two. Report credits and general AI actions are separate allowances. Standalone Coverage Analysis ($29) and Development Intelligence ($49) purchases do not require membership or consume its 500 AI actions. There is no routine prorated refund for unused membership time or mid-period cancellation. If renewal payment fails, subscription-based AI pauses immediately while a payment-recovery process targeting three days runs; that window is not free paid-AI access. Cancellation after a final decline requires a confirmed payment outcome and the required warning. Bank authentication, uncertain payment or warning-delivery problems may require review and delay cancellation without restoring paid AI. Free manual writing and scene tools remain available, as do completed independently purchased reports. Recoverable report-generation failures receive bounded retries and persistent failures require administrator review. Generation failure does not automatically issue a cash refund. A full membership refund or active membership dispute pauses paid AI; a partial refund alone does not. Eligible restoration after a won dispute requires verified administrator review and is limited to original unused, unexpired access. Completed saved standalone reports and private writing are retained. These operational rules do not remove mandatory consumer rights or guarantee that every disputed transaction will be resolved in a particular way. Check Purchases & Billing for payment and delivery status before buying again. Report access is confirmed through the saved completed result, not the checkout return URL alone. A one-time report purchase pays for the specified assessment, not unlimited regeneration, a membership or a guarantee of permanent hosting. Cancellation of membership does not itself delete independently purchased completed reports. Account or content deletion can remove saved work, so export important results first. Contact hello@greenlightos.ai with the order reference for payment, delivery, refund or dispute support. Administrator review must not obstruct or indefinitely delay a remedy required by law. Nothing requires you to waive a lawful payment dispute or regulatory complaint. Where law requires express consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement about cancellation rights, these must be obtained at checkout; this paragraph alone does not obtain that consent.
8. Your material, ownership, and upload rights
You keep ownership of scripts, treatments, pitch materials, writing samples, project files, and other content you submit (“Creator Content”). GreenLightOS does not acquire ownership of your intellectual property. You grant GreenLightOS and its contracted service providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, secure, extract, analyse, and transform Creator Content only as needed to provide the features and reports you request, operate and support the Service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and maintain authorised backups. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security, dispute, and legal-retention requirements. You must own the material or have all permissions needed to submit and process it. Do not upload confidential third-party material, personal data, or copyrighted work unless you are authorised to do so.
9. Privacy and AI processing
Creator Content is private by default: it is not made available to other users unless you deliberately use a sharing feature. GreenLightOS may send the minimum necessary content to contracted hosting, storage, security, and AI inference providers to provide the Service. Those providers act under contractual restrictions and may process data in other countries as described in the Privacy Policy. GreenLightOS.ai does not itself use Creator Content to train or fine-tune AI models without your explicit, specific consent. Provider training and retention practices depend on the applicable commercial service, contract and account controls described in the Privacy Policy's provider register. A no-training commitment is not a promise of zero retention, no safety monitoring or no authorised human access. Provider eligibility and controls must be reviewed before activation. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted storage. Unauthorised access, disclosure, corruption or loss remains possible despite safeguards. Submit only material you are authorised to process, protect account credentials and keep independent copies of important work. Acknowledging these risks does not waive our security, confidentiality or data-protection obligations. Optional marketing consent is separate from purchase acceptance and is not required to buy a report or membership.
10. GreenLightOS intellectual property
The Service, software, interface, brand, report templates, scoring methods, and original platform content belong to GreenLightOS or its licensors. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, as between you and GreenLightOS.ai, you retain your inputs and may use generated output and purchased reports for your creative and business purposes. We do not claim ownership of your original writing. This permission does not establish copyright in purely AI-generated material or grant rights belonging to others. You may not copy the Service, reverse engineer protected systems except where law permits, remove notices, resell platform access, or present GreenLightOS methods or templates as your own product.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, probe or disrupt security, scrape at scale, manipulate billing or promotions, bypass access controls or usage limits, generate abusive or deceptive material, or submit content you have no right to process. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the platform, or legal compliance.
12. Blockchain integrity records
Where offered, GreenLightOS may create a tamper-evident record of a report hash or verification event on a public blockchain. Source files and private report contents are not intentionally placed on-chain. Public blockchain records are outside GreenLightOS’s exclusive control and may be permanent, visible, delayed, or affected by network and wallet-provider conditions. A blockchain record proves only the integrity facts it states; it does not prove authorship, ownership, quality, or commercial value.
13. Availability and third-party services
We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change to improve safety, legality, performance, or product quality. The Service depends on third parties such as Stripe, cloud hosting, AI inference, email, analytics, and blockchain networks; their outages or changes may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limits mandatory consumer remedies. For liability that may lawfully be limited, GreenLightOS.ai's aggregate liability for a claim or related series of claims connected with the Service is limited to the total fees you paid GreenLightOS.ai for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or any higher minimum required by law. This is not a promise that every claim, including a free user's claim, has a zero or fee-only maximum. For business losses, to the extent lawful and reasonable, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings. For consumers, we do not exclude reasonably foreseeable loss where doing so would be unlawful or unfair. AI limitations do not excuse failure to supply a paid service with legally required care and skill. The exclusions and cap do not apply where prohibited, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-excludable consumer and data-protection rights, compensation or remedies. Nothing removes any interest or costs a court or law requires. We do not impose a blanket user indemnity or require users to reimburse us for our own wrongdoing. Acknowledging a risk or clicking acceptance does not itself waive legal rights.
15. Suspension, termination, and policy changes
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or where continued service is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. User-requested account deletion ordinarily starts a 30-day recovery window before permanent-deletion processing. A protected administrator hard-delete override may bypass that window for an authorised reason. Export important writing and reports before requesting deletion. Billing, disputes, legal holds, safety checks, backups and provider records may require separate handling; consult the Privacy Policy. Membership cancellation and account deletion are different actions. We may update these Terms. The last-update date appears at the top of this page. Where required, material changes will be communicated or presented for renewed acceptance before they apply. New paid checkouts require the current Terms. Changes do not rewrite the price or agreed terms attached to a completed order.
16. Consumer rights, governing rules, and contact
Mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you are preserved. Any applicable governing law, court or dispute process must respect protections that cannot legally be waived. Questions about these Terms, an order, cancellation, or a billing issue can be sent to hello@greenlightos.ai.
