Redeem a membership trial or discount code
Where to enter each code, when trial access starts, and how to continue after expiry.
Use a no-card membership trial
Sign in with the eligible email
If the code is restricted to recipients, use the email it was issued for. You may register first; an administrator does not need to create your account for a campaign code.
Open Membership
Use the access/trial-code panel, or open the membership link provided with your code. This is separate from the recurring subscription discount field.
Preview and redeem
Check the access duration and included AI/report allowances, review the linked terms, tick the required confirmations and redeem. A preview does not reserve capacity. Successful redemption shows your actual access end date.
Use your membership
Access runs for the full number of days from redemption. The included allowances are issued once for this trial. Included reports use their own report credits, not the 500-action balance.
Choose what happens next
No card is required and nothing auto-renews. A reminder links to Membership if you want to purchase. Otherwise trial allowances expire, while your work and free writing features remain available.
Discount codes use a different route
For a report discount, enter the code in that report's purchase flow. For a recurring membership discount, use the subscription discount field on Membership and review the number of discounted billing cycles and later renewal price before Stripe checkout. A legacy Beta invitation uses the separate legacy invitation panel and its fixed expiry.
