WritersRoom is GreenLightOS's AI-powered creative development environment. It's designed for writers who want a thoughtful collaborator that remembers their project, responds in their voice, and can switch between different kinds of help — structural thinking, character depth, dialogue polish, pitch prep, professional script coverage, and more.
The core is the cockpit — a chat interface connected to your project's memory, files, AI calibration, and VitaeMe voice persona. Each request assembles a bounded selection of project, persona and conversation context. Every conversation builds on it.

The three-panel layout
WritersRoom is organised as a three-panel writing workspace so everything you need stays one glance away:
- Project Navigator (left) — your documents, source files, and project memory in one browsable rail. Jump between drafts and reference material without losing your place.
- Writing Canvas (center) — the focused working area where your script, outline, or conversation lives. This is where you develop and revise, with the AI a keystroke away.
- AI Companion (right) — your voice-calibrated assistant, docked beside your work so you can ask for structural notes, a dialogue pass, or pitch help in context.
On tablets the navigator and companion condense to keep the canvas roomy; on phones the three panels collapse into a single scrollable view with a tab strip at the top.
Your writing is private by default. GreenLightOS.ai does not itself train or fine-tune models on it without specific consent. Provider handling depends on the commercial service, agreement and account controls; see the Privacy Policy's named provider register. No-training does not mean zero retention, no safety monitoring or no authorised human access.
