Other limits and access rules
| Area | How it works |

| Memory and characters | Project records persist, but AI requests select relevant items within workflow budgets. Stored record count is not prompt capacity. |
| AI modes | The mode menu describes available workflows. An administrator can temporarily disable a workflow without disabling manual editing. |
| AI usage | The current paid membership includes 500 AI actions per monthly period. One successful user request and its answer count once. Reports have separate credits or purchase entitlements. |
| Trial access | A no-card trial issues the displayed full bundle once for its stated duration. Unused trial allowances expire; it does not auto-charge. |
| Campaign questions and response thresholds | Use the limits and controls displayed in campaign setup. A response threshold is not statistical certification. |
| Projects, credits and samples | Do not interpret the ability to add records as an unlimited AI or storage promise. Feature permissions, file validation and operational limits still apply. |
| Persona generation | AI generation requires the relevant access and available allowance. It is not an unlimited free regeneration service. |
