Completing your VitaeMe

1

Step 1 — Identity

Add your real name, location, and professional bio. The de-beautify tool analyses your text and strips inflated language automatically — words like 'visionary,' 'groundbreaking,' and 'award-winning' (without evidence) are flagged and simplified. The result reads as verifiable fact, not marketing copy. This is the foundation of your creative vitae — everything else builds on it.

2

Step 2 — Credits

Log your real filmography and writing credits. For each credit, enter the title, your role (Writer, Co-Writer, Showrunner, Director, Producer, etc.), the year, medium (Film, TV, Short, Podcast, etc.), and an optional description of your contribution. Each credit starts as 'Self-declared'. Upload supporting documents to elevate to 'pending evidence review or Platform Verified'. Produced film and TV credits are automatically cross-referenced against industry databases — a match triggers Platform Verified status without additional steps.

3

Step 3 — Questions

Answer questions about your creative instincts, influences and writing habits. These answers save automatically and help ground your AI persona. Your private WritersRoom voice calibration remains separate.

4

Step 4 — Writing Samples

Upload scripts, treatments, prose excerpts, or any text-based creative work. Each file has an explicit consent toggle — you decide precisely whether the AI is permitted to read it for style analysis. Consented samples are used to generate your style profile. Non-consented samples remain stored but are not eligible for the sample-analysis workflow. You can change consent on any file at any time. GreenLightOS does not itself train or fine-tune models on your writing without specific consent. See Privacy for provider handling and retention.

5

Step 5 — AI Persona

Review the inputs from your credits, creative questions and consented samples, then click Analyse to generate your style profile: voice characteristics, recurring themes, objective strengths, experience context and format suitability scores. Only samples you consent to analyse are included. You can edit your persona and regenerate it when eligible; AI actions and refresh limits apply. Your private WritersRoom voice calibration remains separate.

Save identity changes with Continue or Save Profile. Creative answers save when you leave the answer field; credits and samples save through their own controls. You can return to any step. After updating Steps 2–4, return to Step 5 and regenerate your persona when eligible to reflect the changes.

Can I update my VitaeMe after completing it?

Yes. Return to VitaeMe from the sidebar at any time. You can edit any step. After making changes, regenerate your AI persona in Step 5 to update the output. Your updated profile is used in WritersRoom from the next session onward.

What happens if I don't have many credits?

VitaeMe works for any experience level. Even 1–2 credits plus writing samples and a calibration interview produce a meaningful persona. Experience context is assessed relative to the evidence provided — 'Emerging' is not a negative assessment, it's an accurate one for an earlier-career writer.
