VitaeMe samples help describe your writing style when you authorise their analysis. Check the consent state on each sample. Uploading and storing a sample is distinct from permission to analyse it.

Consent states

StateMeaning
Not consentedStored for your account; not eligible for sample analysis until you authorise it.
ConsentedEligible for the supported analysis and context uses described by the feature.
WithdrawnStops future eligible sample use. It does not automatically erase already generated reports, messages or derived profile information; review the profile and account-deletion controls for those records.

Samples are not public portfolio attachments by default. Authorised delivery, support and security processing can involve staff and contracted providers as explained in the Privacy Policy. GreenLightOS does not itself train or fine-tune a model on your writing without specific consent. Provider handling depends on the applicable service and account controls; inference, retention and model training are different things.
