When you open the WritersRoom cockpit, the AI doesn't start from nothing. Your complete VitaeMe profile — your verified credits, writing style characteristics, experience context, recurring themes, and AI-generated voice persona — is injected into the system context before your first message. This is the VitaeMe × WritersRoom integration.

The result is a development partner that knows who you are as a writer before you say a word about your project.

Getting the most from VitaeMe integration

1

Complete all five VitaeMe steps before starting a project

The integration is most powerful when VitaeMe has complete data. An incomplete profile gives the AI only partial context. Five minutes in VitaeMe translates to a meaningfully better WritersRoom experience across every session.

2

Answer the calibration questions thoroughly

The AI calibration interview in VitaeMe Step 5 directly shapes the voice profile that WritersRoom uses. Longer, more specific answers produce a more distinctive persona. Generic answers produce a generic persona — which limits the AI's ability to sound like your writing partner rather than a generic assistant.

3

Update VitaeMe when your body of work grows

As you add new credits and samples, regenerate your VitaeMe persona. New supported requests can use the available saved persona context. Regeneration helps reflect changes; it does not rewrite past answers.

What if I don't have a VitaeMe profile?

WritersRoom works without a completed VitaeMe, but the AI uses a default system context instead of your personalised profile. You'll notice responses that feel more generic and less attuned to your voice. Completing even the first three VitaeMe steps (Identity, Credits, Samples) makes a measurable difference.
